Terms of Agreement

Claim That Domain (the company) agrees to provide hosting and domain name registration services to each of its clients upon the receipt of payment.

The client agrees to empower Claim That Domain to act as their agent in order to reserve their requested domain name, and allows Claim That Domain to serve that domain name on the server of the Claim That Domain's choice.

Clients who contract for the Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Graduation Special pages, have the right to submit 1 (one) update request form per month. Any special requests must be handled directly with Claim That Domain staff who maintain the right to determine whether the changes will be made, possibly incurring further charges.

Claim That Domain maintains complete control and ownership of the layout, design and content of each page that the company creates.

All payments corresponding to Network Solutions Registration fees are nonrefundable.

The Client agrees that 50% of each payment is a nonrefundable setup fee, and refunds if requested will be prorated according to the remaining balance and time remaining of the contract.

The company will assign itself as the administrative and technical contact of each Domain Name, unless expressly requested by the client by a signed letter.

Claim That Domain maintains the right to include promotional advertising banners on each clients home page.
